Safe Haven's Vision is to educate and nurture youth and adults, while inspiring them to become productive, caring leaders who strive to revitalize their community.

Mission Statement: The Toppenish Safe Haven Center's free flowing activity philosophy promotes the growth of youth and adults through a wide range of group and individual recreational, educational, technological, and cultural activities. Safe Haven is committed to maintaining a drug free, violence free, and weapons free environment while promoting cultural diversity, respect, and teamwork.
