Building Bridges

Building Bridges is a partnership with the Toppenish and Grandview school districts, families, and communities to build a comprehensive dropout prevention, intervention and retrieval system. Graduation Specialists serve at-risk middle and high school students, targeting student populations including youth in foster care, the juvenile justice system, special education an dyouth who have dropped out or are at high risk of dropping out of school.
